非常歡迎您下載使用「視訊119」App，為了讓您能夠安心的使用本App視訊報案服務，以及我們將如何使用這些資訊，特此向您說明隱私權保護政策，以保障您的權益，請您詳閱下列內容。

一、隱私權保護政策的適用範圍
本隱私權保護政策內容只適用於臺北市政府消防局的視訊119 App報案服務，包括本App如何處理在您使用視訊報案服務時收集到的個人識別資料(如姓名、電話號碼、地址、影像及GPS定位座標等)。隱私權保護政策不適用於本App以外的相關服務，也不適用於非本視訊報案委託或參與管理的人員。

二、個人資料的蒐集、處理及利用方式

• 在您使用「視訊119」 App視訊報案服務時，會使用相機與麥克風功能並蒐集您的個人資料。
• 首次安裝時系統需輸入正確的行動電話號碼(必填)、姓名(可不填)及註記(可不填)等個人資料、儲存在您的裝置本機中，系統並透過簡訊發送確認碼，當您輸入啟用碼即可啟用本App視訊報案服務。
• 當您使用本App視訊報案時，會自動傳送您的地理位置資訊及設定個人資料頁面的相關資訊。我們收集資訊是為了向所有使用者提供更優質的服務；這些資訊可協助我們即時判斷您的所在位置並與您聯絡來保護您的安全。
• 我們將視急難救助需求，請您提供必要的個人資料，並在該特定目的範圍內處理及利用您的個人資料；非經您書面同意，本局不會將個人資料用於其他用途。

三、資料之保護

• 本App主機均設有防火牆、防毒系統等相關的各項資訊安全設備及必要的安全防護措施，加以保護App及您的個人資料採用嚴格的保護措施，只由經過授權的人員才能接觸您的個人資料，如有違反保密義務者，將會受到相關的法律處分。
• 如因業務需要有必要委託其他單位提供服務時，本局亦會嚴格要求其遵守保密義務，並且採取必要檢查程序以確定其將確實遵守。

四、與第三人共用個人資料之政策
本App絕不會提供、交換、出租或出售任何您的個人資料給其他個人、團體、私人企業或公務機關，但有法律依據或合約義務者，不在此限。
前項但書之情形包括不限於：

• 經由您書面同意。
• 法律明文規定。
• 為免除您生命、身體、自由或財產上之危險。
• 與公務機關或學術研究機構合作，基於公共利益為統計或學術研究而有必要，且資料經過提供者處理或蒐集者依其揭露方式無從識別特定之當事人。
• 當您在本App的行為違反服務條款或可能損害或妨礙App視訊報案服務與其他使用者權益或導致任何人遭受損害時，經本局揭露您的個人資料是為了辨識、聯絡或採取法律行動所必要者。
• 有利於您的權益。
• 本App委託維護廠商處理您的個人資料時，將對委外廠商或個人善盡監督管理之責。

五、隱私權保護政策之修正
本App隱私權保護政策將因應需求隨時進行修正，修正後的條款將刊登於網站及App上。

When you visit our mobile application (“App”), and use our services, you trust us with your personal information. We take your privacy very seriously. In this privacy notice, we seek to explain to you in the clearest way possible what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have in relation with it. If there are any terms in this privacy notice that you do not agree with, please discontinue use of our Apps and our services.
This privacy notice applies to all information collected through our mobile application, and/or any related services.

1.Privacy Security Policy
We use your personal information collected via our App on reporting emergency to the Taipei city Fire Department live chat services. We may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you and verify with you the correct location. Personally identifiable information may include names, phone number, address, video, and GPS location. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

2.Information Collect through our App
If you use our App, we may also collect the following information:

• Mobile Phone Access. We may request access or permission to certain features from your mobile device, including your mobile phone’s camera and microphone when real-time reporting.
• Personal Identification. We require certain information when you apply new account, including phone number, name, and other personal information. Our system will send SNS message with code for confirmation to start the App services.
• Real-time Geo-Location. We request access and track location-based information from your mobile device while you are using our App to provide location-based services. This real-time geo-location will help us to provide better services, verify your the correct location, and ensure the better safety of your personal health.
• Your personal information will only be used in specific range; without your agreement, our department would not use your personal information on other purposes.

3.Data Security
We will take reasonable technical and organizational precautions to prevent the loss, misuse, or alteration of your personal information. We will store the personal information you provide on our secure (password, anti-virus, and firewall-protected) servers.
 
4. Transfer of Your Personal Information
We will not provide, exchange, or trade your personal information to other entity. We may only share your personal information in the following situations:

• Avoiding dangers and protect of your health safety, freedom, and property and others’.
• We may provide your personal information for the purpose of academic and/or governmental researches for better public safety without revealing specific person identity.
